How do I set up Veilock after downloading?
Install the app for your platform, sign in with your Veilock account, choose a server location and connect. For OpenVPN, import the TCP or UDP profile into your client and enter your credentials. Step-by-step guides are in the help center.
Does Veilock have an iOS app?
You can connect on iPhone and iPad using an OpenVPN-compatible client and a Veilock configuration profile. Check the downloads portal and help center for the latest iOS setup guide.
Should I use TCP or UDP?
UDP is faster and best for streaming and gaming on open networks. TCP is more resilient and better at slipping past restrictive firewalls, making it the right choice in heavily censored regions.
Can I use Veilock on my router or TV?
Yes. Install a Veilock OpenVPN profile on an OpenVPN-compatible router to cover every device on your network, including smart TVs and consoles that can't run the app directly.
