Terms of Service

1. The service

Veilock provides an encrypted VPN service designed to protect your privacy and bypass internet censorship. Features, plans and server locations may change over time as we improve and expand the network.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Veilock to:

• • Engage in illegal activity under the laws that apply to you or the jurisdiction you connect through.
• • Distribute or download infringing or otherwise unlawful content.
• • Send spam, launch attacks, or otherwise abuse networks and other users.

You must comply with the laws of the jurisdiction of any server you connect to. We reserve the right to suspend service in response to verified abuse reports.

3. P2P and torrenting

Torrenting and P2P file sharing are permitted only on our dedicated streaming servers based in Switzerland, which are provisioned for high-performance P2P traffic. Sharing or downloading illegal or copyright-infringing content is prohibited anywhere on the network.

4. Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our service. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a verified service outage affecting our VPN connectivity, data centers, or related infrastructure, a refund may be issued. For issues originating on the user's side, we require that troubleshooting first be attempted with our support team; if the issue remains unresolved after reasonable support efforts, a refund may be considered. Outside of these circumstances, refunds are generally not offered.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veilock LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wisconsin for any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
